Client Readiness Checklist

To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, please review the following requirements before our arrival:

• [ ] Unsigned Documents: Please have your documents completely filled out except for the signature. You must sign in the presence of the Notary.

• [ ] Valid Identification: Every signer and required witness must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. (Examples: Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID).

• [ ] Mental Awareness: All signers must be alert, aware, and signing of their own free will.

• [ ] Required Witnesses: If your document requires witnesses in addition to a Notary, please ensure they are present at the time of the appointment with their own valid ID.

• [ ] Payment Ready: Please have your preferred method of payment ready (Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card).
