What are your hours of operation?
We are a full-service mobile notary available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Whether it is a late-night medical emergency or an early-morning real estate closing, we are here to help.
What do I need to have ready for my appointment?
To ensure a smooth process, please have the following ready:

The Document: Fully filled out but unsigned. You must sign in the presence of the notary.

Identification: A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID).

Witnesses: If your document requires witnesses in addition to a notary, please ensure they are present and have their own valid photo ID.
How much do you charge?
Our fees are transparent and consist of two parts:

Notary Fee: Per Virginia law, we charge $10 per notarial act (per stamp/signature).

Travel & Convenience Fee: As a mobile service, we charge a separate travel fee based on the distance and time of day. This fee will be agreed upon upfront when you book your appointment.
Can you help me choose or fill out my legal forms?
No. By law, a Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, draft documents, or advise you on which forms to use. If you have questions about the legal effects of your document, please consult with an attorney.
Do you provide service to hospitals or nursing homes?
Yes. we frequently travel to hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers throughout The Shenandoah Virginia Area. We take great care to provide professional and patient service in these sensitive environments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major Credit Cards.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible via phone or email.

Standard Cancellations: Appointments cancelled at least two hours prior to the scheduled time will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than two hours before the appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

Our Guarantee: If a cancellation is necessary due to an error or action on our part, you will receive a full refund.
